My take on my mom's classic

Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 pieces)
- Poultry seasoning, your favorite one
- Minute Rice (2 cups)
- Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
- Cream of Celery Soup (1 can)
- Chicken broth (1 ½ cups)
- Lipton Onion Soup Mix (1 packet)
Instructions
Preheat the over to 375°F
In a 9x13 baking dish, combine instant rice, both soups, and chicken broth. Stir everything together to combine.
Cut each chicken breast into 6 strips. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
Lay the strips of chicken on top of the rice-soup mixture.
Sprinkle Onion Soup Mix on top of everything.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
