Chicken and Rice

My take on my mom's classic

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts   (2 pieces)
  • Poultry seasoning, your favorite one 
  • Minute Rice   (2 cups)
  • Cream of Chicken Soup   (1 can)
  • Cream of Celery Soup   (1 can)
  • Chicken broth   (1 ½ cups)
  • Lipton Onion Soup Mix   (1 packet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the over to 375°F

  2. In a 9x13 baking dish, combine instant rice, both soups, and chicken broth. Stir everything together to combine.

  3. Cut each chicken breast into 6 strips. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.

  4. Lay the strips of chicken on top of the rice-soup mixture.

  5. Sprinkle Onion Soup Mix on top of everything.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
